I'm a permanent supergo customer. The customer service is a little relaxed but, hey, it's a bike shop. It's great that they take it easy... after all, that's why I go here - to take it easy. Helen's, on the other hand, doesn't get a word of praise from me. The mechanic (one of them) is impossible to communitcate with, and the service seems to be partying around that little desk every time I go. "Sorry to bust your party, guys..." There's some great guys there too though... reallly nice guys. Supergo is where I got my new bikey. ~ $300 off I think. No taxes. yeah baby \/
