Sorry if this thread looks a little funky.. it's a merger of about a half dozen FS: threads I had going at once  ..which I found out is a "no-no" on the STR.

I'll do my best to update this thread as things sell, but please feel free to post or PM me with any questions so I might be able to add some clarity to this mash up :D

    THOMSON Elite Setback Seatpost

the title says it all, but if you'd like some more information here is what Thomson says:

    - Post and cradle machined from 1 piece 7000 aluminum
    - 41mm rail clamping area. Micro adjust, dual pivoting bolt head
    - 5/8" clamp offset, 7 degree bend, 16mm SB, 243g

Over 40% stronger on ultimate strength test than the strongest production seatposts on the market. [IMG] Every component of the Thomson seatpost is 100 percent American made. This includes all fasteners and forgings.

\\:D/ First $75 takes it. I can do PayPal, but ca$h is king. Buyer is welcome to p/u or we might be able to work out a drop off. If you need them shipped I'm sure I could do that too.

Avid Juicy Five SL Brakes - $120

The title says it all, but if you'd like some more information here is what Avid says:

Meet the younger member of the Juicy™ family—the Five is a slightly scaled down brother of the Juicy Seven™.

    • Even without pad contact point adjustment, the Five is still has Avid® blood running through it
    • All Juicys have the lowest X-Factor on the market, so the lever moves comfortably and powerfully, and right in line with the direction of your hand
    • Split-perch ambidextrous levers can be removed and flopped if you prefer front brake control on the right side
    • Tri-Align system ensures the caliper is always centered and straight over the rotor even if the frame or fork is out of alignment
    • This hydraulic brake has everything you ever wanted, with a splash of Avid smarts!
    * Approx. hose lengths: front 33.5" & rear is 61" (Removed from a Large Specialized Enduro SL).

\\:D/ First $90 takes them. I can do PayPal, but ca$h is king. Buyer is welcome to p/u or we might be able to work out a drop off. If you need them shipped I'm sure I could do that too (PM me your zip code).

    ..continued from above:

Yup, this fork and wheel setup will always have a fan club:beer:
I've had several inquiries along the same line, so I'll just respond in a blanket post:

FORK: Specialized Future Shock e150SL, dual crown w/ integrated stem, 150mm travel, rebound, compresion and travel adjust, 25mm thru axle, alloy steerer
STEM: Specialized Future Shock, 31.8mm clamp integrated w/ fork
RIMS: DT Swiss custom for Specialized X420, 24mm w/ eyelets, 28/32h
FRONT HUB: Specialized disc, 25mm thru axle, 32h
REAR HUB: Shimano custom M525SL hub for Specialized, 32h, alloy QR
SPOKES: DT Swiss 1.8mm stainless, alloy nipples

This set up was removed from a 2008 Enduro SL Comp size Large ..it has been used, but never abused and everything is in great working order. The hubs spin freely w/out slop or play and the rims are true. They have no gouges or dents.. not even scratches. Some of the decals clear top coat have delaminated but still look fine. The E150 was serviced once by my LBS (just for routine maintenance) and the internals we're upgraded to the 09' stuff :bang:

As far as weight.. :?: I only have a big Pelouze shipping scale that can not measure feather weight things with any accuracy. I did find this from a South African bike forum though:
    Front Wheel Weight: 875g
    Rear Wheel Weight: 1140g

    DT.SWISS.420SL-1.jpg

    DT.SWISS.420SL-2.jpg

    DT.SWISS.420SL-3.jpg

    DT.SWISS.420SL-4.jpg

    DT.SWISS.420SL-5JPG.jpg

Now down to the nitty-gritty.. the price. I deliberately posted this as a feeler because I wanted to get an idea of what this setup was worth, rather than post it as a For Sale thread with a price that was too low or too high. So this is your chance to make me an offer for the whole enchilada \\:D/

If you can't sell this as a set I'd like Dibs on the front wheel.

FEELER: E150 Fork & DT SWISS 420SL Wheel Set From an Enduro SL

thnx for your interest in the wheel(s). I am not sure what they go for to be honest ..hence the "feeler" I do know that I would prefer to sell them as a set w/the fork, but I do have others who have inquired about the E150 if you only need the wheels ..and yes, I do need to sell the front and rear wheels together.

Let me know what your looking for and throw out a number ..you might be right on the money
