I'll be bringing my frame to the Sladnas Neewbie ride if anyone wants to have a look in person...or to purchase after you see how beautiful it is! :)

Uh...you mean only two bikes? You're kinda a new rider, right? You'll soon learn that you don't need an excuse to have multiple bikes. However, the key to having multiple bikes is that they have to be at least a little different (e.g., geared HT XC bike, SS HT, 4" XC bike, 6" AM bike, 7" AM bike, 8" AM bike, DH bike, 4X bike, etc.[not to mention various commuter, road, CX, or BMX bikes]).

I'd be on top of this, but I already have a 6.6 (and 5.5, VPX, M3, etc).

As much as I hate to agree with the multiple bike crew, I can't disagree since I just purchased my 4th bike.

Ugh, sounds a lot worse where you write it ;)

Oh yeah you really need more than one bike. I have three right now and am working hard on putting together a fourth...if only money really did grow on trees!

I have 5 and will have a sixth (29er:bang:) here in a week or so. I don't know if I will ever sell a bike again. I have sold 4 in the last year and I always think if I hadn't, I'd be at 10 bikes now.

I'm 5'4" and it is GREAT for me! This bike felt awesome and super comfortable from day one.

Suggested sizing on the Intense website for a small 6.6 is for riders between 5' - 5'8".

Amen, at 5'10" or so a small frame is just...well to small. I usualy sit in between a medium and large.

I would also say it'd probably be a good fit for you. I'm 5'8 or so and would definitely get a Medium, so small should be your size.

I know Carla and Eric, and the frame is more than likely in *great* condition!

Probably depends on her build, actually. I've got really long arms and a long torso. Not really built like your typical female, who has long legs, but short torso and arms.

Long legs are easier.. just get a longer seat post :D
