I didn't ride, but hiked here with the familia on Friday. Trail is in nice shape. Just enough dampness to be packed. A good bit of water in the stream. We hiked up to the start of the switchbacks. Saw a few bikers coming down who looked to be doing some VQ training. Picked a couple of ticks off of the dogs-keep a look out.8-[
I rode Holy Jim up/down today as my final training ride in preparation for CC. The trail is in the best shape I have ever seen. No erosion from the rain, only one low hanging branch - Be careful about 1/2 way down. There's a little snow up by Main Divide but I'm guessing it will be gone by Saturday. I rode in/back on Trabuco Creek Road it's muddy in spots. Hopefully will dry up. Still as bumpy as an old whore's ass. C
