    Game time decision.......

If the majority of the group wants to ride up I am down with that. I just can't be gone all day or the warden will crack down on me.

If you get a 6-pack of cans, you can straddle the plastic rings over the top tube. :bang:

I just drove by Trabuco Creek Rd. and while there are areas with standing water and some mud, it appears to be very passable by a non 4x4 vehicle. Several trucks drove down the road with ease. Hopefully things will dry up a bit by Monday morning.

    Rain Updates?

I'm assuming that we will pull the trigger on this ride by sometime Sunday?
I really don't want to get up at 5AM on Memorial Day to find out whether or not we are still going.:)

I'm not an expert on this trail, but the last time I was up there after a rain, there was water running down parts of the Trabuco downhill and the Fire Road was sticky as hell.

It may turn into an out and back in the end ;)

Someone should go check out the wash to see if it's passable.

I am gonna go out there today. I'll post up later.

I think worst case scenario, we would have to shuttle in to the trailhead. The mud gets pretty sticky in some sections on the main road, and there are many places where it puddles up over a foot deep in heavy rain.

But the sun is out today, and it doesn't look like there's any more rain coming. It will probably be OK.

Why not ride up the wash? Too hard to clean mud out of the leg hair?

    I am cool with it

Not popular with some other folks...... also taking a semi nOOb on the ride:)

Last time I rode it saw two leg shavers...........one was female and one was on a Sultan:)
