    just passing on a good experience-

    I have a Garmin GPS unit and bike mount broke last night. Called Garmin to see if they can point me to local retailer to replace. They suggested part is only available through manufacturer/(them) and no questions asked said would send out replacement under warrranty and ground ship. I mentioned that I am heading out of town for riding and need ASAP even if I have to pay for and they offered to send expediated delivery again no charge. recognize not a huge expense for them but IMO way cool8)

    typically don't write about pos/neg sh!t like this but good way to start a day and appreciate their business practices so sharing
