Yes night and day! Stance is bottom of the line and Sherman was the top of the line at the time.

Wish I saw this thread earlier.... I have a Manitou Travis SC 180mm with a onepointfive steerer. It's one of the MRD forks and the stanchions are pristine. Took it off my Socom when I upped to a 203mm

edit: long time lurker, first time poster.... sorry if this looks like spam

I was looking to get $250-$300 off of ebay (was gonna put it up next week). $240 cash and I'll even meet you midway so you don't have to drive all the way to daygo.

yeah I had to try keep all the weight on back more than front execpt for turns.. but still was bottoming out pretty hard! it never even felt even with front and rear.. I did feel like i had high chance flipping over bars when it bottoms out.

Just wanted to thanks the new riding fellas from sunday for helping me out ALOT.. and the ride! It only took me half hour to remove and install new forks. And I test rode it on small short dh.. I like it ALOT better! just a little too stiff, but i will have to get used to it since I am used to the plushy fork.. ha..
