This time we will not ride Trabuco road to the trail head. Weather should be mild. One of the best loops in OC with a bit of everything.

Meet at the Holy Jim trailhead parking lot at 7:30am ready to ride. Make sure you bring your Adventure pass!

I will be at the intersection of Live Oak / Trabuco at 7:00ish. I can put three additional bikes / riders in my truck if you do not want to drive back.

Post ride beer(s) or whatever you like!

Never been there what kind of climbs are we talking. I suck at climbing and would hate to slow the grossly slow down a group.

Planning on getting to Holy Jim at 7, and riding in to the trailhead to meet you guys there at 7:30. If you see a red Jeep Cherokee parked at the entrance to HJ, it means I was able to get my ass outta bed in time.

I'll probably be doing the same thing as Sean. Parking at entrance and doing the 5 mile warm up ride to the trail head.

I wanna join! but I would have a hard time driving the road to the trailhead and would probably have to ride in.

would leaving my car at the start of the road and giving my self 30 minutes to get to the trailhead be enough? at 4.5 miles I'd imagine that'll give me plenty of time.

oh, nearly missed your post l8 apeks, I'll ride in with you!

edit: got directions for myself. looking forward to it!

edit again: one more question, do i need an adventure pass to park at the dirt lot for the long loop?

    I think I'll attend.
I also like the warm up and will be coming in from the parking area.
    I'm on a SS so I'll probably do a 45 min warmer...

I'll be coming form Seal Beach and probably have room for at least 1 more so if you want a lift I'll feel less guilty for the pollution.

    PM me.

4,200 feet of climbing... hmm. I'm not sure if I'm ready. Is this a tough ride? ( I know that's ambiguous) From the pics it looks like some single track and some fire road, what does the trail consist of mostly?
