Are you seriously going to bump this everyday? I vote this the crappiest thread ever.

Just use the ignore feature if it bothers you that much. Dude is just trying to push his bike ASAP, hence the 3-5 bumps per day. No need to bash on him for trying.

Consider this a free bump Resistance.

just to confirm (i could be wrong) but i do not believe the ignore feature hides the post of front page so it may still prempt other posts.

hey just an idea - i've had a few things for sale that did not move and just took them off and sell elsewhere. (and yes bikes do move on ebay when price is market and not too much burden to ship (i've done it 2x) - and candidly i got more scratch than would have in local market (alot of knuckleheads in the midwest :) )

i've even seen others on str whose products don't move they typically just put for sale in their sig and not bump kill it

no hating here and best of luck with the sale but may be other means to get the bike sold???

at what point does this become spam? lets have everyone bump their ads 3-5 times a day. so people who have no time to bump that many times get assed out because they have a job. who doesnt want to sell their stuff asap? imo, this is abusing the free market place this forum has. whats to stop vendors from doing this?

Seriously, you need to relax. No need to get all technical.

I already told you, I'll just take this ad somewhere else. The only reason I chose this place in the first place, I've ridden with a couple of guys from here, and they don't seem like asses, or guys that think they are all core. I already told you that I will take this somewhere else, and just leave it be.

    Thanks.

You too and use the ignore feature!;)

BTW this must be a record for the longest for sale thread ever. Keep it going!

If mods(who's opinion actually matters besides buyers) have a problem with your thread they'll either PM you or just lock or delete your thread. No sweat dude!

you know what, you're right. i came off as a dick. i just got annoyed because i kept getting emails and all it would say was bump. this is a great place to learn and sell things and i dont want you to get the wrong impression. i just think if it hasnt sold here yet, you might have better luck elsewhere. i went through the same thing trying to sell my wife's bike and had really good luck on craigslist. ridemonkey and pinkbike and ebay also are great and free. if you can afford it, its like only 2 bucks for mtbr. between all those sites, you should have no problem selling.

Bump just means that the thread gets moved to the active topics on the main page.

Still?????? I say keep it. I tried to sell my Bighit and came to my senses. Id rather be homeless than get rid of a bike. I had a possible buyer, but I think we talked each other out of it.
